Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping for all orders of $100 or more.
How much does shipping cost?
For orders less than $99.99, there is a flat shipping rate of just $8.
Where do you ship?
We currently only ship to the Continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii. Unfortunately, we do not ship to Canada, Puerto Rico, Guam, Saipan or the U.S. Virgin Islands or other International destinations at this time.
Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
We do not currently ship to APO/FPO addresses.
How do you ship?
All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail. We can ship anywhere the USPS ships, including physical addresses and PO Boxes.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday. Weekends and holidays are excluded.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We partner with the USPS and work to get your purchase to you as quickly as possible. Shipping typically takes 5 to 10 business days. If you would like expedited shipping, we can send your order via UPS 2nd Day Air for a fee of $30.
Can I track my order online?
Yes. We will email you a USPS tracking number as soon as your order ships.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and JCB. You can also pay via PayPal. We do not accept prepaid cards at this time.
Will you provide an order confirmation?
Yes. Once you’ve made your online purchase, we will email you a confirmation of your order.
R E T U R N P O L I C Y
What is your return policy?
We love the clothing we wear and think you will too. However, if you’re unhappy for any reason you can return full price items within 15 days of receiving your order. Products must be returned unworn and unwashed condition with its original tags attached. Only items purchased from alinehawaii.com can be returned. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request that does not comply with our return policy. Alinehawaii.com monitors account activity and reserves the right to refuse transactions, assess fees, and/or close accounts based on order or returns behavior.
Can I get free shipping on returns?
Yes. As long as your original purchase was $100 or more, shipping is free. We will email you a prepaid USPS shipping label.
How do I make a return?
To make a return, please email us at email@example.com. Include your order number, item description and reason for the return. Return your items in the original packaging.
Purchases of $100 or more qualify for free return shipping, which we’ll send a prepaid USPS shipping label.
For purchases less than $100, you can either request a USPS shipping label from us (applicable shipping fees will be applied) or you can return the item(s) on your own using a service that provides tracking information such as the USPS, FedEx, UPS or DHL Express.

When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect the return, we will issue a refund (minus any applicable shipping fees) within 7 business days. Your refund will be made in your original form of payment. It may take one to two billing cycles for your refund to appear on your credit card statement.
How can I make an exchange?
We do not make exchanges. Rather, you need to place a new order for the item you want. Then you need to return your original purchase within 15 days of receiving your order.
